Before you connect

The current site offers one free AI User Test with a limited report, followed by custom-priced plans, not unlimited free testing. Some features require paid subscriptions; fees renew automatically and are generally nonrefundable. Account sharing is prohibited; organizations with multiple users need a custom plan. Users must be 18 or older. AI simulates user behavior; results should not be treated as representative human testing. Uxia does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or applicability and recommends additional qualitative and quantitative validation for important product decisions. The app can create audiences and run tests against supplied prototypes or live URLs, so verify the target, scenario, and plan usage first. Test inputs, scenario/audience criteria, transcripts, and results pass between the AI assistant and Uxia. Uxia and its technology providers state they will not train or improve models using inputs or outputs without prior written customer consent, but infrastructure and AI subprocessors including OpenAI still process test content. Terms describe US processing; the newer privacy policy describes account-region storage where possible and international transfers, so EU-only storage is not guaranteed. Do not include payment card data, protected health information, government identifiers, or login secrets in test inputs. Test content is generally retained while the project/account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure or upon request. Zero retention is a conditional Enterprise option. Unless agreed otherwise, terms permit Uxia to use customer company names and logos in marketing; contact them to opt out. Relevant chat and memory may reach connected apps under maker terms and privacy policies; ChatGPT training preferences do not guarantee third-party behavior.
