Maze MCP is Enterprise-only. Users with teams on different plans can access only Enterprise team studies and data within existing workspace permissions. An administrator may need to enable third-party connectors. Specific MCP privacy/help pages state this limit more clearly than general marketing FAQs; no specific Enterprise price was published on the retrieved page. The connection is read-only: authorized research can be found and downloaded, but it cannot create, change, or delete Maze data, access unauthorized studies, or read billing/login information. Account authorization is required; research is not publicly accessible. Prompts reach Maze's MCP server, and relevant transcripts, results, and metadata return to the AI app. Research may contain participant personal data; customers are responsible for consent and lawful use. Maze states it does not retain MCP prompts or conversation history or train AI models on data read through MCP. That is Maze's claim, not a guarantee covering connected AI providers. Existing research remains under Maze's retention policies; disconnecting stops app access without deleting research. Enterprise features and fees depend on the plan/order form. Terms include overage charges, generally nonrefundable fees, and renewal unless canceled under applicable conditions. Relevant chat and memory may reach connected apps under maker terms and privacy policies; ChatGPT training preferences do not guarantee third-party behavior.
